Description
Phomoji is a mobile application that displays random photos from your gallery and allows you to tag them with emotions to build a personal memory album.

Account
You must create an account to use Phomoji. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscription
Phomoji offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by law.

User Content
Your photos remain yours. By using Phomoji, you grant us a limited license to process your photos within the app solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Prohibited Use
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
Share your account with others

Disclaimer
Phomoji is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavel Rysych shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Phomoji.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
